Enhancing Focus With The Three Point Gazing Technique

The Three-Point Gazing Technique

The Three-Point Gazing technique is a straightforward exercise that involves focusing on three different points, one after the other, for about 30 seconds. Here’s how it works:

  1. The first point of focus is near.  It be as close as a hand. This close focus engages the brain in immediate, tangible perception.
  2. The second point is about 4 to 6 feet away. This mid-range focus allows the brain to shift its attention to a slightly broader perspective.
  3. The third point is about 10-15 feet away. This distant focus encourages the brain to expand its attention even further, encompassing a wider field of view.
