Mindful walking involves paying attention to the experience of walking, including the movement of the body and the sensations in the feet.
Choose a Path: Find a quiet place where you could walk without distractions.
Walk Deliberately: Walk at a comfortable, deliberate pace.
Focus on Your Steps: Pay attention to the sensation of the feet touching the ground, the movement of the legs, and breathing.
Stay Present: If the mind wanders, gently bring attention back to the act of walking.
