Simple Mindfulness Body Scan For Relaxation

The body scan is a mindfulness practice that involves paying attention to different body parts, from head to toe, and noticing any sensations without judgment.

How to do it: Find a Comfortable Position: Lie down or sit comfortably. Close Your Eyes: Take a few deep breaths to relax. Focus on The Body: Start at the top of the head and slowly move your attention down to your toes. Notice any sensations, tension, or areas of relaxation. Breathe: Breathe into any areas of tension and imagine releasing the tension with each exhale.
